2009 CDT of the Year

In 2009, the NBC is recognizing an individual as CDT of the Year for the first time.  The CDT of the Year recognizes a CDT who has made contributions to his/her peers and the dental laboratory profession and has gone above and beyond the call of duty.

There were a number of qualified candidates nominated.  Mr. Colby was selected based on a points scale which took into account his outstanding efforts in dental technology and in volunteering in local communities.

Serving the dental laboratory technology industry for more than 30 years, Mr. Colby is the owner of Capitol Dental Laboratory of Menomonee Falls, WI.  He spends a lot of time donating services and supplies to those in need, in the USA and abroad.
